The CyberTalent Bridge™ is a cybersecurity workforce management tool for organizations to better understand the cybersecurity talent available in their workforce, and how workers can be assigned, trained, and hired to reduce cybersecurity risk. CyberTalent Bridge™ is being developed by 2wav and the Critical Infrastructure Resilience Institute (CIRI) at the University of Illinois with funding from the U.S. Department of Homeland Security. The CyberTalent Passport is a collection of assertions about one person’s work roles, certifications, competenices, tasks, knowledge, skills and abilities in terms of the NICE framework.
